The Beach House @ James Well is ideal for a summer beach holiday or a cosy winter getaway.

This quintessential beach house getaway offers an excellent holiday location for families or couples.

Soak up the spectacular views and take long leisurely walks on the beach.

Fully self contained the beach house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people (maximum 5 adults).

Spacious outdoor living areas, BBQ and clothes line. The well appointed kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker and stock pot for cooking crabs.

Activities include swimming, fishing, crabbing, walking, reading, board games. We have table tennis, cricket bat, Bocci, and a swing. Fishing Rods, Crab Rakes and Boogie Boards. Indoor activities include: 2 x TV's, a Wii console is provided with a selection of games and indoor board games.

Ideally positioned as a base to explore the Yorke Peninsula.

BRING YOUR OWN: Linen (fitted & flat sheets), Pillow Cases, Bath Towels and Tea Towels.

Supplied: Quilts, Blankets & Pillows.

Our local shopping precinct at Ardrossan has many food options to ensure your needs are met.

Drake's Supermarket is open 7 days per week (except 3 days per year) allowing you to shop when you arrive. They sell freshly made, in store, platters and meals in addition to the usual grocery and fresh food items.
Opening times: Monday to Friday until 7 pm, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays until 5 pm. Subject to change, refer to their website.

In addition Ardrossan boasts a bottle shop, cafes, hotels, a bakery and fast food outlets.

James Well/Rogues Point has a tidal boat ramp. Ardrossan has a larger boat ramp facility which accommodates all tidal movements.

There is a shelter shed on the beach which is popular with families.
