The full glass sea facing living area is separated from the sleeping areas by a passage and 6 steps up to the great views. Front lawn play area on the quiet back beach.

Sleeps max 10 1x queen bedroom (2), 1 x queen with I bunk set (4), 1 x bunk room (2) 1 x bunk with very good quality fold out queen sofa bed (either 2 or 2 in the bunks).

Doonas with covers, pillows and mattress protectors provided for all beds including fold out sofa. All you need to take are sheets, pillow slips and towels.
