Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen plus tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), bed 2 - tri-bunk.
Outdoor setting, gas BBQ, Fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for the boat.
Garage not for use.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
