Chadwington - family friendly holiday house

Chadwington is a three bedroom holiday house located in beautiful Moonta Bay.
Rates from $150 per night for up to 7 guests.
From Chadwington it's a lazy 400m stroll to the beach and just a little further to Splashtown and the jetty.

- three bedrooms sleeping a maximum of seven people, bedrooms one and three have queen size beds, bedroom two has a double bunk and a single bed, all beds have pillows and quilts, you will need to bring your own linen or a linen service can be arranged at an additional cost

- two living areas, lounge with TV, blu-ray player and DVD library, family room with TV and blu-ray

You will need to bring:
- linen, all beds must have top and bottom sheet and
pillowcases
- towels, bath mat, hand towels and tea towels
- toilet paper, soap and other toiletries
- food, S & P and some condiments are supplied, the
supermarket is open every day until 8pm

Chadwington is a great place to base yourself while enjoying all the Copper Coast has to offer. An easy 170km drive from Adelaide CBD makes this a popular destination for families, fishermen, day trippers and holiday makers alike. Moonta, Moonta Bay and Pt Hughes combine to offer beautiful safe, sandy beaches, great fishing with jetties and boating facilities including fishing charters, a great variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs including the unique Coffee Barn Gelataria, Splashtown water park and The Dunes golf course. There is also the National Heritage listed Moonta Mines area to explore. Visit the Moonta Mines Museum, Miner's Cottage and the Old Sweets Shop. Take the tourist train ride to learn about the mining history of 'Australia's Little Cornwall'.

House rules:
- strictly no smoking inside
- maximum 7 guests however, exception can be made for infant in portacot (not supplied)
- no tents or caravans
- dogs allowed only by negotiation with owner. If you want your dog to be part of your family holiday fair enough. If you intend dumping the dog in our back yard alone the whole time where it will bark incessantly and drive the neighbours nuts while you go out and have fun then leave the dog at home! - Chadwington is not to be used for hosting parties or functions
- excessive noise will not be tolerated
- we do not accept bookings more than 12 months ahead
- rubbish disposal rules must be followed

Dog Policy:
Please contact the owner to discuss whether your dog will be allowed but general rules are:
• Dogs under one year of age not allowed
• Dogs must remain OUTSIDE the house at all times
• A dog bed is provided but you must bring your own dog bedding
• All dog droppings must be removed
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if necessary and the cost of any damage
done by the dog will be deducted from your bond
Please note that while the property is fully fenced a very small dog may fit through the gaps.
