Only a few minutes walk to penguin point and Willyama beach, Elandra Marion Bay is perfectly positioned. Elandra is a recently constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large open plan living. It has full length windows and patio doors facing the extensive decking area with views to the natural scrub in the adjacent reserve. Elandra has been designed to comfortably sleep 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) - it's perfect for a family getaway.

Well appointed Kitchen and dining facilities.
Under bench oven, microwave and ceramic cooktop.
Full size fridge and a second smaller fridge as required.
5 minute walk to the beach.
Extensive deck with views to the scrub.
50" TV with media center, over 350 movies for all ages.
Laundry facilities.
Fish cleaning station and BBQ outside.
Porta cot and high chair available.

Sleeping arrangements
Master Bedroom - queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and sliding door access to the deck. SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED
Second Main Bedroom - queen size bed SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED
Third bedroom – 2 x bunk beds. SHEETS , PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED

Strictly a maximum of 4 Adults 4 children. Abuse of the occupancy agreement within the booking will incur additional fees for excess water use and additional cleaning.

Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and extra blankets are provided.
A porta cot and high chair is also available.
The house is Eco friendly and utilizes solar panels and filtered rainwater.

What to bring:
Bed sheets, pillow cases, bath and tea towels.

No smoking inside and no pets please.
Please be aware pets are not allowed in Innes National Park
