ESCAPE ON ESPLANADE is a modern 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with only a walkway between the beach and home.
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), dining, living area with TV, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, sliding door from lounge leads out to deck with outdoor setting, excellent sea views.
3 bedrooms, main with ensuite and sliding door leads out to deck area, main bathroom with vanity, shower and w/c, bunk room has a TV plus DVD player - please note no reception to TV, DVD's only, laundry with top loading washing machine, gas BBQ.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double plus bunk, bed 3 - queen.
Pillows and quilts provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Pt Turton has a Tavern, excellent boat ramp and jetty, there is a General Store which stocks groceries, fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, delicious fresh baked goods, PO and EFTPOS facilities.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond
