PROPERTY FEATURES:
2 separate living areas: 1 with a 3 seater & 2 seater lounge, flat screen TV, Foxtel & Free to air TV, DVD player. 2nd living room has a chaise lounge, flat screen TV, dvd player & Free to air TV. 8 seater table and chairs in dining room. Split system reverse cycle air conditioner at each end of the house, 1 also in main bedroom and bunk room. Ceiling fans in living areas & the 2 main bedrooms, no ceiling fan in 3rd bedroom due to the bunk bed.
Outdoor covered deck with gas bbq. Back deck also has cafe blinds to help keep some sun out and also helps with those fierce Moonta Bay winds! Large deck esky for your enjoyment for drinks, food or that big catch! Fully enclosed yard, so safe for children and pets. Swing set in the back yard. Offstreet parking for boats etc (vacant lot next door). Washing machine. Well equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher & microwave. Small assortment of games and activities for younger children. Fish cleaning bay out the back. Carport behind gates for up to 2 cars.

PET POLICY: Pets are welcome as long as advised prior to you arriving to the property. We prefer pets to be outside, not inside. However if inside, we DO NOT allow pets to sleep on the beds or furniture. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding extra cleaning fees will be incurred.
Bedding Configuration
This property has 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a 2 way bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 singles and a bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
We do have quilts and pillows on the beds, but guests do need to supply their own linen which includes sheets, a top and bottom and pillow case please for the beds. You will also need to bring all other linen including towels, tea towels etc.
Elliott's Lodge runs on rainwater for the best part of the year with only a few months that we switch to mains water. We are also running on solar power.
