LIVNTHADREAM is a beautiful modern 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests and has everything you need for an enjoyable Yorke Peninsula holiday! Including Wifi!
Spacious open plan living area, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, Espressotoria Coffee machine ( pods not included), dining table, high chair, lounge with TV, DVD and foosball / 8 ball game table.
Livnthadream is fully air-conditioned with a split system in the main living area and individual split systems in each of the 4 bedrooms, along with ceiling fans fitted to the 2 queen rooms. Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk in shower and w/c. Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with washing machine.
Undercover deck area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
Fully fenced yard - safe for the kids.

Point Turton has an excellent Tavern, general store with ice, fuel, take away, fresh baked bread and pastries. There is an all weather boat ramp and a jetty for the fishing enthusiasts.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 bunks, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 single, bed 4 - queen.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
