Dining room and separate kitchen with microwave, side by side fridge freezer and dishwasher. Comfortable living area with air conditioning split system and television (and a separate tv in the kids room).

Large separate games room with table tennis / snooker table plus undercover gas bbq, fish cleaning facilities and outdoor setting. Ample parking for cars, trailers and boats with hardstand for washing down. Three verandah areas provide plenty of opportunity to find some peace and quiet.

Quilts and pillows are provided all you need to bring our your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
