There’s a nice back yard with under cover areas which is perfect for smoking. Please do not to smoke inside the house.
We kindly ask you have no parties as it’s a quiet area with lovely neighbours that moved to the region to enjoy the country lifestyle.

Here is some additional helpful information:
Hotel Quality Linen is included in every stay that includes fitted sheet, flat sheet, bath towel, hand towels, tea towel & face washer.
If you are travelling with small children: please take care especially outside. The property is architecturally designed with large open area deck with a rock staircase and retaining wall. This means minimum handrails.
Heating:
The remote for the reverse cycled air conditioner is mounted near the front entrance. Please keep the remote there and be reasonable with the electricity.
Kitchen:
Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (tea, coffee, salt, olive oil, etc.). Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances. Remember to wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
Trash bags are kept in the bottom drawer.
Laundry:
You also have access to the washer and dryer. The washing powder and cleaning supplies are in the top cupboard.
Getting around:
Our property is located 578 meters from Simms Cove, a stunning beach to visit with perfectly clear shallow water.
It’s perfect for families especially if you have little ones and it’s a bit of a hidden gem, see for yourself why this is a favourite for locals.
