Seabreeze Accommodation offers 2 two bedroom fully self contained modern holiday homes that sleep up to four people each. The accommodation offers reverse cycle air con, colour TV, DVD player, CD player and a fully self contained kitchen.
2 night min stay except for long weekends and public holidays longer stay required .

There is a BBQ/picnic area on the property as well as fish cleaning facilities.

Seabreeze is just a kangaroo hop away from Innes National Park where you can surf, fish, swim or just simply relax.

Seabreeze Accommodation is only 280 kilometres from Adelaide so come down and experience all that Marion Bay has to offer.

Terms and conditions of bond
> cover any damage to inside / outside of property
> if any extra people staying in the unit or camping on the property then what has been booked for you bond will not be returned
>dishes not washed , dried and put away on the day of departure
bond will not be returned
> a fee will be deducted from your bond if you have not cleaned the BBQ ( and you have been the ones to use this area )
> lost keys
> a fee will be deducted from your bond if you do not vacate the unit by 10am ( unless otherwise arranged )
