Only a short 3 minute walk through a linear park & you're at the beautiful Simms Cove Beach. No main roads to cross! Both the Port Hughes & Moonta Bay Jetties are within walking distance, either along the beach or cliff top path. The ‘SPLASH TOWN' Water Park at Moonta Bay, complete with 4 water slides, giant bucket & mushroom, is only a 2 minute drive away. The Greg Norman designed Dunes Golf Course & Copper Club, are only a short 2 minute drive away.

Seaglass comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The main & second bedrooms have queen beds & the third bedroom has 2 standard single beds. All beds have mattress protectors, pillows with protectors & quilts with covers. You can supply your own linen or hire for an additional fee i.e. sheet sets, towels, bath mats & tea towels. Seaglass has a large, comfortable open plan kitchen/meals/living room, decked alfresco, 2 bathrooms (ensuite to the master bedroom & main bathroom with bath), laundry, lockup single garage & fully fenced backyard. The kitchen is well equipped - SS fridge, dishwasher, electric hotplate & oven, microwave & Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a large LED Flatscreen TV, Chromecast, Blu-ray DVD & Sound Bar. The master bedroom & bedroom 2 both have Flat Screen TVs & Chromecast. The master also has a Blu-ray DVD Player. The laundry is equipped with a Top Loader Automatic Washing Machine. The alfresco includes, an Outdoor Kitchen with a BBQ & Pizza Oven, an 8 person dining setting, outdoor lounge & sun lounge.
The long driveway & lock-up single garage can easily accommodate a couple of cars & a boat trailer.
