Steeped in mining history and Cornish tradition, Moonta also offers great coastal holiday experiences, with the Spencer Gulf famed for its beaches and fishing.

Located centrally in the middle of town, Number 10 is only 2-3 minutes walk from the three pubs, bowls club and supermarket, and only few more minutes walk to all the other cafes, shops and cinema.

Built in 1867as a colonial style cottage from local limestone, it has been fully renovated and refurbished with quality fitting and furnishings including kitchen and main bathroom plus a separate second toilet and laundry with second shower.

It comfortably sleeps 6 adults or up to 10 with children in it's three bedrooms. There are two spacious queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with 4 bunk beds plus two high density foam mattresses. The lower bunks have high quality innerspring mattresses and are suitable for adults. The floor mattresses are comfortable and can also be used by adults if required. The upper bunks are only suitable for children, and adults are not permitted to use them. The floor mattresses may also be moved into other rooms if required.

There are 2 toilets and 2 showers, and the second shower has a small inbuilt bath for children, as well as a laundry.

The small but very well provisioned kitchen has been completely refurbished including all new fridge, stove and microwave, as well as a range of appliances such as toaster, kettle, sandwich grill and expresso coffee maker.

The rear dining area seating 10 has split system air-conditioning, and there is a slow combustion heater in the living room. All rooms have overhead fans.

Although so central, it is in a very quiet residential pocket and is blissfully peaceful in the evenings. There is a large inviting outdoor entertaining area seating 10 or more complete with paving, pergola, bespoke lighting and BBQ; garden and fish cleaning station at the back; as well as car-parking for 2 cars at the rear. It should be noted however that the driveway is a shared access driveway with the neighbouring property, and must be kept clear at all times - parking in the driveway is strictly not permitted. Due to this and the length and narrowness of the driveway the property is not suitable for towed vehicles, and any towed vehicle such as caravan, campers and boat or other trailers are not permitted on the property at all.
There is also ample and safe parking out on the street, plus parking in the off-street public car park located across the road from the property.
