Check in at 2pm upon arrival and Checkout no later than 10am on departure

Additional information about rental rates:
8 persons maximum
Refundable Damage Security of AU$250 is put on hold until final inspection is complete
The cleaning fee only covers for sanitisation, and preparation for the next guests. Any additional cost incurred due to time spent for excess cleaning, repairs, rubbish removal, etc, will be debited from the held damage security
20% rental cost Deposit applies to secure a booking (non refundable)
All Fees payable 21days prior to arrival.
