TARANGA MOORINGS - Waterfront with great views

Taranga Moorings is a large holiday home with its own pontoon suitable for mooring up to five boats - size dependant. There is also extensive off street parking for cars and trailers. The home is suitable for children as it is fully fenced on the Marina side and has a lawned area and courtyard for playing. There is a children's entertainment room downstairs with toys, DVDs and board games. A portacot and high chair are also onsite. There is a downstairs queen bedroom, toilet and shower room for those not wishing to climb stairs. The kitchen is well appointed with a stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (byo pods) and microwave, as well as being fully equipped with all your cookware, crockery and cutlery needs. Some basic staples are supplied in the pantry under the stairs. Upstairs there are a further three queen bedrooms, one ensuite and a bunk room housing two trio bunks, plus the main three way bathroom. There is also another quiet rumpus room with kitchenette adjoining the outdoor balcony and overlooking the Marina.

Taranga Moorings is designed for families and consists of five bedrooms with bedding provided - pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, covered quilts and extra blankets. Bed linen can be hired for $15- per bed and bathroom towelling $5- per person or you can bring your own.

ACCOMMODATION RATES & CONDITIONS

Based on 6 people with extra adults/children $15- each per night.

$460- per night Peak

* Peak Season (min 3 nights)- Long Weekends, Christmas, Easter & School Holidays
* Off Peak (min 2 nights) - all other periods

CLEANING FEE - one off $150-
ACCOMMODATION BOND - $1,000- (refundable two weeks post stay if all is in order - held by HomeAway)
BED LINEN HIRE - $15- p/bed & Bathroom Towelling - $5- p/person
DEPOSIT - 30 per cent of tariff including cleaning
FULL PAYMENT - invoiced and due two weeks prior to stay
CANCELLATION - 100% refund but within 2 weeks of your stay your deposit will be forfeited unless reserved dates are rebooked by another person.
