Temples Holiday House at Marion Bay - with wifi.

After visiting this beautiful part of SA multiple times every year we have aquired our own place with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This means I dont have to complain about uncomfortable saggy beds and instant coffee anymore, and neither do you. We've made the house family friendly and have a high chair and port a cot available for the little ones.
There are all new beds, mattresses and linen and have included a king size cast iron bed in the master bedroom. With new furniture throughout, a well equipped kitchen including a Nespresso pods coffee machine.

The smaller front deck is perfect for sitting and watching the kids play on the slide and in the sandpit.
There is a large rear deck that has been recently updated and a large Verandah with outdoor seating and a fenced yard.
Up the back you'll find a fire pitt area perfect for toasting marshmallows and relaxing on a cool evening.
Plenty of room to park a boat in the large driveway area.
New reverse cycle air con / heat.
New washing machine.
NBN was recently hooked up and free wifi is available.
TV ( vast satellite channels), plus DVD player with a selection of movies. Plus lots of books, board games etc.
5 minute walk to Penguin Point and Willyama Beach.

You will need to BYO top and bottom bed sheets and bath/ beach towels. Sheets supplied for king bed only. Sheets for all beds can be supplied for an additional fee. Quilts, pillows and extra blankets provided
BYO coffee pods (Nespresso and compatible pods).
Bath not available as water needs to be conserved months due to limited rainwater.

House is monitored externally with cctv for security purposes. Monitoring covers driveway entry / exit and rear entry / exit.

We do not allow any smoking on the property. We have in the past just said no smoking inside the house but this rules has been broken too many times. If you smoke on the proprty the bond will not be refunded.
