This modern new holiday home is a one minute walk to the beach, local tavern, cafe and general store!
The home is a great entertainer with dining area opening up to an outside under cover rear deck with BBQ, table and chairs.
The Bay House tastefully furnished and decorated with all the modern touches including a Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), smart TVs with access to Netflix and Stan and includes free Wi-Fi for guests.
The space
**You must bring flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillow cases and towels. Pillow and Quilts supplied. Linen can be supplied for an additional cost. PLEASE ADVISE WHEN BOOKING.

NO PETS ALLOWED and please clean fish outside.

Other things to note
There are no supermarkets in Marion Bay. Please ensure you do your shopping prior to arriving. Phone coverage is best with Telstra and limited Optus coverage and Vodafone doesn't work. There is a pay phone at the general store and at the entrance to the caravan park.
