THREE BY THE SEA is a lovely renovated 4 bedroom holiday home situated on the back beach esplanade. Accommodating up to 8 guests with only a short walk to the beach, plenty of room for parking and the boat. An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula holiday!
Kitchen with electric stove, grill and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, small supply of sugar, tea and coffee. Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods).
Dining area with table and chairs (please note: combustion heater in picture is not for use).
Living area with large smart TV, two seater lounge. Ceiling fan between dining area and living area.
All bedrooms a have a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, these service the living/dining area as well.
Bathroom with vanity, shower, separate w/c.
Laundry with top loading washing machine, laundry trough, fridge/freezer.
Front deck with picnic table, ceiling fan, 4 burner hooded gas BBQ. Large grassed area. Fire pit (to be used in non fire season only)
Rear yard with fish cleaning facility, small table/chairs, crab cooker.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Stansbury is a small seaside town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.
No smoking inside.
Shed not for guests use.
NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$215 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$165 per night
