Tommy's place has180 degree view of the bay from Penguin Point to the jetty and has a nature reserve at the rear of the property. The beautiful shallow waters of Marion Bay Beach are only 100 mtrs from your doorstep. The Tavern, Cafe, Jetty, Shop and playground are all within a short few minutes walk too.

The House is elevated to take advantage of the sea views. It boasts two roomy bedrooms with a Queen bed in the main room and a two bunks in the second bedroom. The bathroom is fully tiled, modern and spacious.

The kitchen, lounge and dining are open plan and orientated to the front to take in the spectacular morning sunshine and sea views. This Beach house has a wood combustion fire place for Winter and a large ocean facing deck with a BBq ,day bed and outdoor setting perfect for entertaining on those warm summer days.
