Modern three bedroom family home in a quiet Cul-De- Sac. An easy stroll down the alley and you are at the beach in less than 5 minutes! Perfectly situated between Moonta Jetty and Port Hughes Jetty. Ideal for families.

Relax and enjoy the large open living room and modern fully equipped kitchen. Share family meals at the large table that seats up to 12 people. Two reverse cycle air conditioners are installed to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top, with plenty of extra room for a cot or an air mattress (not provided).
We offer two options regarding linen and quilts:
OPTION 1: Towels, bottom sheet and pillows (with protector and cover) provided at no extra charge.
OPTION 2: Quilts, quilt covers and top sheets provided for an additional fee of $ 15 per bed. This fee covers our cost to have them washed and sanitized each time.
Please let me know your preference at the time of booking so that we can adjust your final balance.

The large family room can comfortably fit two families sitting and watching TV, or choosing from the varied DVDs provided for your entertainment.

The well lit bathroom provides a bath and shower, with a separate vanity and basin area.
The laundry has a washing machine available for use

Well behaved pets are welcome. We ask that you keep them off the furniture. The large backyard is fully fenced.

Parking for four or more cars in the driveway. Plenty of room to park a boat in the driveway, or the back yard.
