This holiday accommodation is well equipped for a family or a couple. Quality contents and location make this Port Vincent holiday rental a pleasure to stay in.
The property sleeps up to 5 guests in two bedrooms (Queen, Trio bunk). There is a spacious bathroom with shower.
The well equipped kitchen has a convection microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own compatible pods).
There is a small freezer on top of the fridge, plus a drinks fridge. Split system reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge room and ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms keep you comfortable in summer.

Entertainment options include 2 televisions - one in lounge and 1 in main bedroom both with DVD players (some DVD's supplied), stereo/radio with CD player and an iPod dock (bring your own iPod). Outside there is a shaded dining area with table, chairs, barbecue and a fish cleaning facility at rear of property.

Fishermen are well catered for with a large shed, ideal for boat or car plus other off street parking. Fish cleaning facility at rear and 2nd fridge for drinks & bait in garage.

Additional off street parking is provided in front of unit.
