Recent upgrades include a master bedroom with front deck access & dressing room, a modern bathroom with instant hot water, shower, wc & spa bath as well as a shower room with a second wc suitable for the mobility impaired.

The extension also features a second living area & study (which could be utilised as extra accommodation for guests) perfect for soaking up the coastal sunshine in the winter.

The main bedroom has private access onto the front deck with it's own dressing room. Other comforts include German designed double glazed windows, and three reverse cycle split systems. A protected BBQ area allows for summer entertaining. Upper level parking for easy entry for unloading.
