NichGeorge is a family home that has been fully renovated.The house interior is new, modern and clean.

The property has 3 double bedrooms with the following bed configuration. Bedroom 1 - queen, Bedroom 2 - double and single, Bedroom 3 Double bunk bed with 2 singles. The open planned living areas also has a double sofa bed.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and bedrooms 1 and 3 have air conditioning. The open planned living area has reverse cycle heating and cooling with the added bonus of a pot belly stove in winter.
The enclosed back verandah is ideal for entertaining.
The house has a new bathroom with toilet plus a second toilet located off of the laundry, which makes the house comfortable for multiple quests.
The front verandah makes a great spot for a evening drink in full shade.
There is a good bike trail from Moonta to Pt Hughes.
The living area has Smart TV, Playstation for games or to watch a DVD. Both games and DVD's are there to be played and watched.
The beach is 1km from the house as is the local main street for dining out or shopping. A easy 10 minute walk either way.
There is a local taxi service in Moonta if required.
