THE PALAIS is a spacious 2 storey 5 bedroom modern holiday home that accommodates up to 13 guests with only a short walk to beautiful Simms Cove beach!

Upstairs:

Living area, TV with USB port (no dvd), reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, access to deck with a distant sea view.

Main bedroom with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner,  walk-in robe, ensuite with double vanity, w/c and shower. 

Another 3 bedrooms, main bathroom with vanity, w/c, shower and full size bath.

Child safety gate at top of stairs.

Downstairs:

Living room, TV with USB port (no dvd), reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, 1 bedroom.

Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cook top, electric oven.

W/c with vanity, laundry with top load washing machine and 2nd small fridge.

Family room, TV with USB port (no dvd), reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

Pool table, access to rear deck with outdoor setting and hooded gas BBQ.

Bed configuration - Upstairs - main bedroom - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x bunks, bed 4 - 2 x queen,

Downstairs - 1 tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels

Dog friendly - fully fenced

Refundable bond is subject to change and is increased to $600 during peak period

$295 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$245 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$195 per night
